HACKnight 2020: announce a Challenge!

The DINAcon 2020 virtual HACKnight is a way to learn about and contribute to Open Source in a hands-on way. This event is open to all, and caters to all levels of technical skill. We especially encourage you to bring ideas, issues, questions about any of the topics nominated or presented at this annual rencontre of the Swiss open source community. All proposals to start or improve or support open projects are welcome.

All challenges posted here will be announced at the event start. Experienced developers will be available on hand to guide you through your first bug report or code commit! We invite everyone to join an online chat where virtual refreshments and online motivation will be provided by our volunteers for mini-sprints starting at DINAcon 2020.



Teams that demonstrate dedication and potential to their hacks may be offered additional time, room and support to continue their projects by representatives of the DINAcon community. Challenges may be posted (and remote submissions are welcome) until 18:00 on October 23, 2020.
