Besides Contracts, Copyright and Trademark issues are being discussed as part of a legal minefield around AI services, after a very down-to-Earth, helpful presentation of neural network basics by Marc & Neva from Laux Lawyers.
For me a key takeaway is that there is enormous interest towards the legal field on the ramifications of models that are trained on personal and protected data. Could we say something like: Open Data helps you to avoid liability? I’d say so, but I Am Not A Lawyer!
