Open Knowledge maintains a database of public bodies such as government departments, ministries, etc. from around the world. This is an important base dataset to understand the structure of government or to build apps upon which help citizens connect to the right government office (data requests).
A few years ago we contributed to this, there was a scraper and you can still see Switzerland’s data here:
