Last weekend the country went to the polls, and we are digging into the efficient publication of open data of the results. The latest project at Opendata.ch is a cooperation with excellent journalists and watchdog organizations - aiming to support the new transparency rules, requiring all political parties to submit their campaign financials.
This applies to party elections as well as referenda, so it is now a continued source of data. With the platform moneyinpolitics.ch we aim to take the data published from the Swiss Federal Audit Office, and make it more accessible.
