[13-14.11] Smart City Lab Lenzburg

The Smart City Lab Lenzburg is a hackathon harnessing ideas and support from the community to develop projects for a smart, sustainable community life in the Swiss town of Lenzburg.

This event will have similar themes to this week’s Open Energy Hackdays, with a tighter focus of the role of open data on smart city planning. I look forward to supporting the event both with Opendata.ch and my team on the Cividi project.

“Collaboration and open data are the fundamental conditions for implementing the Energy Strategy 2050” --Martin Hertach, Federal Office of Energy

Less than three days to go!

The results from Smart City Lab Lenzburg 2020 are, as usual, available on the hack.opendata.ch platform:

2 - Recycling-Station

Energieberatung der Zukunft

5. Lenzburg wie neu - Meldeplattform für Infrastrukturschäden

Lenzburg – Alte Stadt mit neuem Charme

6 - Lenzburg Strom Autark: The overview

Many thanks to Opendata.ch for organizing and everyone for participating in this inspiring event! One of my personal highlights was seeing team cividi play a strong role in supporting open geodata publication and sharing the scoop on the new Gemeindescan platform.
